I am a Registered Psychologist (CAP# 6475) and have experience working in the human services field for the past eight years in various capacities, which has helped prepare me to work with a diverse population.
I have worked with women, children, adolescents and families with varying mental health diagnoses, including autism, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), and trauma.
I offer sessions in-person, over the phone, or through video. I am fluent in English and Tagalog (Filipino).

I am currently a counselling practicum student at Yorkville University, pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I hold a professional license as a Registered Psychometrician in the Philippines, where I gained experience administering psychological assessments such as aptitude tests, personality inventories, and career assessments.
My practical experience includes working as a student counsellor with grade school and high school students, supporting them in areas such as academic stress, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. These opportunities deepened my passion for providing accessible and meaningful mental health support.
I am particularly interested in working with children, youth, and adults, and I approach each client with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine belief in their capacity for growth and resilience.
